The Agora by Kaiko is committed to providing a professional, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees, speakers, and staff. By registering for or attending The Agora, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.

Expected behaviour
All participants are expected to:
- Treat all attendees, speakers, and staff with respect and courtesy
- Engage constructively and professionally in all sessions and conversations
- Respect the confidentiality of discussions held under Chatham House Rule where applicable
- Refrain from disruptive, discriminatory, or offensive behaviour of any kind
- Comply with the rules of the venue (JW Marriott Cannes)
Unacceptable behaviour
The following will not be tolerated:
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind
- Unsolicited recording of attendees without consent
- Disruptive behaviour during sessions
- Any conduct that creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment for others
Reporting
If you experience or witness behaviour that violates this Code of Conduct, please contact The Agora team immediately at agora@kaiko.com. All reports will be treated confidentially and taken seriously.
Consequences
Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behaviour is expected to comply immediately. The Agora team reserves the right to remove any participant from the event without refund for violations of this Code of Conduct.
Photo and video policy
The Agora event is photographed and filmed for marketing and communications purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed and filmed. If you have any concerns, please speak to a member of The Agora team at the registration desk on arrival.
