Will Cai is the Global Head of Crypto Data at Kaiko, where he leads a global team in covering enterprise clients in need of robust and regulatory compliant crypto data solutions and benchmarks to power their businesses and products. With over two decades of experience in institutional finance, Will has held pivotal roles in major financial institutions, including 15 years at J.P. Morgan, where he was a trader and structurer in commodity futures strategies, cross asset indices, and exotic derivatives in credit and equities. Prior to joining Kaiko, Will held a leadership role at a boutique ETF issuer in the US, where he had extensive experience working with the US regulators on crypto related issues.
