Damien Schuler is Head of Sales, EMEA and APAC at Kaiko, the leading independent provider of cryptocurrency market data and analytics. In this role, he oversees revenue strategy and client coverage across both regions, working with financial institutions, exchanges, asset managers, and fintech firms. Since joining Kaiko, Damien has built the EMEA sales team from the ground up, contributed to a 10x increase in ARR, and helped scale the company from Series A to Series B. Prior to Kaiko, Damien spent 15 years in traditional finance, including 12 years at BNP Paribas across a range of capital markets roles, including Head of Product for Market and Financing Services at BNP Paribas Securities Services, Financial Market Inspector within General Inspection, and Algorithmic Equity Trader at BNP Paribas CIB. He holds a Master's degree in Research in Finance from Paris Dauphine University.
